Without Kitchen, there is no minimum stay requirement, except for holidays and special event days. All Townhouses are Non-Smoking. Our Efficiency Suites have either one or two bedrooms and are furnished with fully equipped Kitchens and Coffeemakers. A 4 night deposit or 60pct. of the weekly rate is required at booking. Efficiencies require a 3 night minimum stay and a deposit of 60pct. of the length of stay at the time of booking.
